If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

We accept a range of secure payment methods available during checkout, including Shopify Payments and trusted third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna where available.

All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. HOSHI LAB does not collect or store your complete credit card details.

Order processing times, shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes, and related information are available on our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, HOSHI LAB is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply:
