Shipping

  1. It may take 6–12 hours to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.

  2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Time:

    • Standard Shipping: AUD $10 (2–8 business days)

    • Express Shipping: AUD $15 (1–4 business days)

    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $49

  3. To track your order, please check your tracking number or the shipping confirmation email.

Returns

  1. Your order will be eligible for a refund or exchange if it is returned in its original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt, or a copy in the case of a partial return.

    Item(s) must be returned in perfect condition—unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached (including boxes, accessories, dust bags, brand labels, and any certifications).

    Due to the intimate nature of our products (press-on nails，rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets), and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, or incorrect size.

    Exceptions apply only if the product is faulty or if there is a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

  2. Return Process:

    1. Contact customer service and register your return by emailing our official email address.

    2. Prepare the package by placing the item in its original box along with the original receipt.

    3. Deliver the package to our office.
