Orders are carefully prepared and packed within 6–12 hours.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Returns
We hope you love your order.
If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please Note
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Press-on Nails
- Rings
- Earrings
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
unless:
- the item arrives damaged,
- the product is faulty,
- or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
How to Start a Return
- Email our customer care team with your order number.
- We'll provide return instructions.
- Carefully package your item in its original packaging.
- Send your parcel back using the provided return details.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
