Payment Terms

These Payment Terms outline the payment methods, billing procedures, and conditions applicable when you shop with us on our Shopify-powered store.
By placing an order, you agree to these Payment Terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • PayPal (if enabled)

  • Afterpay / Klarna (if applicable)

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway or trusted third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

2. Currency

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees.

3. Payment Timing

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.

  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Taxes & GST

  • All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Australian taxation laws.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties or customs taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears suspicious, involves suspected fraud, or violates our Terms of Service.
In certain cases, we may request additional identity verification before fulfilling an order.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Please refer to our Return  for details regarding refunds and eligibility.
If you believe your payment was processed incorrectly or you experience a billing issue, please contact us  within seven (7) days of the transaction.

7. Buy Now, Pay Later (If Applicable)

If you choose to use Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Afterpay, Klarna, ZipPay, or similar providers:

  • You are entering into a separate agreement with the third-party provider.

  • All installment payments, fees, and schedules are managed directly by that provider.

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from their terms or services.

8. Payment Security

Your security is important to us. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI DSS-compliant Shopify payment systems or integrated payment partners. We do not collect or store your credit card information.
